Refund Policy

1. When shopping in the store www.hugogo.lt, every customer and the good quality product purchased by him is given a 14-day return guarantee from the day of receiving the product.


2. To return a good quality item:

2.1. Contact by email by mail info@hugogo.lt. Goods cannot be returned without prior notice and agreement.
2.2. State the reason and attach proof of purchase.
2.3. The product must be unused, with marking labels and in the original packaging, undamaged and without losing its merchandise appearance.

3. Each product is covered by a supplier's warranty against manufacturing defects and other defects not related to normal product use and environmental impact.

4. To return a product of incorrect quality, follow the steps listed in point 2.

5. The store undertakes to provide the user with a reasoned written response no later than 10 days after receiving the user's request.

6. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.

7. If the ordered item has a manufacturing or shipping defect, the online store undertakes to replace it. If the item happens to be defective, please send it back to us and we will replace it with a new one. The cost of returning the product is paid by the store.

8. The store sells goods that meet the conditions stipulated in the order. In cases where the goods delivered to the customer do not meet certain requirements of the order, the customer agrees to notify the customer immediately in writing to the e-mail address specified by the store. by mail or phone, and the latter undertakes to take all steps to eliminate existing defects, if such defects were caused by the fault of the store or third parties acting on its behalf. The store corrects defects within a reasonable period of time agreed with the customer. If the deficiencies are not eliminated, the client has the right to defend his rights in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
