Delivery

The order preparation time for shipment is 1-2 days. The delivery time is from 5 to 14 days, unless otherwise specified in the product description. The delivery time starts from the moment the product is shipped. The customer undertakes to pay attention to the specified delivery time and contact the store only if 24 hours have passed since the end of the delivery time.

When ordering goods, the customer undertakes to indicate the place of delivery of the goods and the contact phone number. The customer does not have the right to make claims to the store regarding the delivery of goods to an inappropriate entity if he has provided incorrect delivery data. If the goods are sent directly from the supplier's foreign warehouse and the customer does not collect them from the post office or parcel machine within the specified time and returns them back to the supplier, the customer undertakes to pay a fee of 12 euros for the repeated delivery of the goods.

To ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible, we sometimes fulfill your order by sending the ordered goods in separate packages.

If the status indicated for an item is "sold out", it means that the item is currently unavailable, so ordering the item is currently not possible.

If you do not receive your parcel within 14 days from the date of dispatch, please contact us and we will find out where the parcel has been delayed. We are ready to cover all unforeseen costs and compensate you in full if the parcel is lost! Each parcel is carefully tracked and always found.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as broker or carrier workload, weather conditions , or human error, goods may be delayed - we apologize in advance if this happens.

After the item is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can track the item. In order to ensure the fastest delivery, we ship each item in the fastest way possible from abroad.
